When Mistie McLaughlin Photography reached out to me with an idea she had for a Bride & Groom Meet & Greet at her office, I jumped at the chance to work with her!

Mistie is probably one of the sweetest gals you’ll ever meet! Her photography is amazing and I got super excited about the killer lineup of vendors she had involved, and started planning & designing right away!

To welcome the guests, we used our new clear acrylic sign and placed it outside of her office.

Of course our favorite gal Josie, of Chalk Chic Mama was the talent behind the penmanship on the sign. She painted the back of the sign with a cream colored paint, and then beautifully wrote out in gold “Welcome Brides & Grooms”.

When you walked into her office, one of the fist things you saw was our new Double Triangle Arch.

Such a simple and gorgeous backdrop for any bride and groom!

This gorgeous gown from Bella Sera Bridal was a show stopper for sure. Everyone just loved the intricate beading on the back of the dress!

Sweetheart table for two?! Yes please!

We used one of our most popular farm tables paired with our white rustic chairs and set up a romantic dinner table for two - perfect for a new Mr. & Mrs.

I kept the design rustic and simple, and used wood rounds as charger plates, and placed neutral colored recyclable plates from my favorite tableware company, l’entramise on top.

Simple and sweet is my motto!

Can we just talk for a moment about how lovely these flowers are?

Adrian, who owns Rose & Sparrow - a boutique wedding and event floral design company - does incredible work!

I have worked with her a handful of times now, and every time, I am just blown away by her creativity and vision, and how seamlessly her designs come together! They are always breathtaking, and Adrian is a joy to work with! If you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet her sweet dog Luna as well!

Snacks and beverages awaited guests inside Mistie’s office. She spoiled them with meat and cheese platters from Pybus Cheese Shop - so delicious, and such a perfect grab and go treat!

I used two of our most popular Drink Dispensers and filled them with fruit & herb infused waters! The pineapple, orange, basil was my favorite!

To make the drink dispensers more eye catching, I had Chalk Chic Mama write out the flavors on the dispensers themselves. Of course she nailed it and they looked so pretty!

Of course there needed to be desserts!

Adorning our small cream dresser were the most delectable desserts - perfect for any wedding or event!

Olivia, who owns Flour + Sugar, made and designed the most beautiful French Macarons & wedding cake from scratch!

The scrumptious Macaron flavors were: White Chocolate Strawberry, Samoa Cookie, Sugar Cookie, and Lemon.

The incredibly beautiful cake was layers of rich coconut cake, smothered in Strawberry, and White Chocolate buttercream!

Almost too pretty to eat!

It was such a fun day spent with super talented boss babes!

A huge thanks to Mistie for capturing the gorgeousness of this day!
