So I’ve found some items I like… now what?

What is the booking deposit?

To secure your items, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be made, along with a signed rental agreement. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event. Orders totaling under $100 are due in full at time of reservation.

Do you require a minimum order?

No, we welcome orders of any size!

How far in advance should I reserve my order?

We take orders on a first come first serve basis, so it is a good idea to reserve your items as soon as possible.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery at a rate of $2.50 per mile. Charges are calculated on one way mileage,  from Leavenworth to your location, and do not include set up or tear down. Delivery fees assume rental items are delivered/picked up from a pre-determined, ground floor location with easy access and within 50 feet of delivery vehicle. Deliveries not meeting this criteria, or not ready at time of pick up, will be subject to additional hourly fees.

Someone must be available at time of drop off to confirm receipt of rentals, and a signature will be required.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we allow you to pick up your order. We do reserve the right to turn you away if we deem your transportation to be inadequate or if there is a high likelihood of damage. You will be required to secure the items yourself. We require that you return all original packing materials such as totes, bubble-wrap, and boxes, or a replacement fee will be charged.

How long is the rental period?

The rental period is for 48 hours. For example, a 4pm delivery on Friday will be picked up by 4pm on Sunday. Items not returned or available for pick up by designated time will be assessed a late fee.

Can I change my order after my initial reservation?

We understand that planning is a process, which can lead to changes along the way. Additions to your order can be made anytime up until your event, but cancellations of items must be made at least 30 days prior to your event.

What happens if I break something?

We know that accidents can happen. Fee’s for non-repairable or unreturned items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are charged to the credit card on file. Replacement fees vary according to each item and are available upon request and may be obtained prior to renting.

What kind of chalk should I use on your chalkboards?

We recommend using regular chalk on our chalkboards. Please note, that liquid chalk tends to not come off easily, and repainting charges will apply.
